Liability Waiver & Property Rules
I understand that fishing and boating activities carry inherent risks. There are no lifeguards on duty, and all activities are performed at my own risk. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my visit to Eden Lake. I release Eden Lake, its owners, agents, and employees from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from my participation in fishing, boating, or any other recreational activities on the property. I confirm that all members of my party, including minors, are under my supervision and responsibility. I agree to follow all posted property rules and the instructions of Eden Lake staff, including the requirement that life jackets be worn in all boats. I acknowledge that violations of property rules may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.

I give Eden Lake permission to photograph or record me and my party during our visit, and to use those images on its website, social media, and promotional materials. I understand no payment is due to me and that I may withdraw this permission at any time by emailing edenlake1604@gmail.com. If my party includes anyone under 18, I confirm I am their parent or legal guardian and grant this permission on their behalf.

- 🚤 Boat fishing only
- 🐟 Catch & release only
- 🚫 No alcohol on property
- 👶 Children must be supervised at all times
- 🦺 Life jackets required in all boats
- 🦺 Children 13 and under must wear a life jacket while in the boat
- 🚱 No glass containers
- 🧹 Clean up all trash & fishing line before leaving
